The spring/summer 2016 shows held from September 10-17, 2015. I was not going to write about fahsion on this blog but I decide to do it sometimes! The New York Fashion Week was amazing this month. A Few Hours in Katowice

Hey!
When I was on the way back to Norway in August I had to take plane from the another in Poland, which name is Katowice. So, Katowice is a center of science, culture, industry, business, trade, and transportation in Upper Silesia and southern Poland, and the main city in the Upper Silesian Industrial Region. Katowice lies within an urban zone (conurbation), with a population of 2,746,460 according to Eurostat. However, the population of city is 307,233. Katowice is a large coal and steel center. It has several coal mines, two steelworks and one foundry of non-ferrous metals. The city has changed a lot through some years, so I want show you some pics of it!

Five Busiest Airport in the World

Hello!
Today I decide to show you something that can be a curiosity- the five busiest airports in the world.

1. Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport


The Atlanta Airport is the busiest airport in the world since 1998. It is located only 11 km from Atlanta. The airport has 7 terminals and 5 runways. The total number of passengers in 2014 was 96,178,899 and there were 868,359 aircraft operations. 

2. Beijing Capital International Airport 

The international airport in Beijing is located in Chaoyang-Shunyi, 32 km from the Beijing city center. The airport has 3 terminals and 2 runways. The number of passengers in 2014 was  86,130,390. Also, the number of aircraft operations was 581,773.

3. London Heatrow Airport
Heatrow Airport  is a major international airport in west London, England. Heathrow is the busiest airport in the United Kingdom, busiest airport in Europe by passenger traffic. The airport has 5 terminals and 2 runways. The number of passengers in 2014 was 73,405,330 and there were 472,702 aircraft movements. 


4.  Tokyo Haneda Airport
Handeda Airport is one of the two main airports in Tokyo area. It has 2 terminals and one "International Terminal". Also, it has 4 runways. The number of passengers in 2014 was 72,826,862.


5. Los Angeles International Airport

LAX is the the airport located only 26 km from Downtown LA. It has 8 terminals and 4 runways. In 2014 there were 70,622,212 passengers and 666,942 aircraft movements.

Top 5 European Capital Cities to Visit

Hey!
In this post I would like to show you five top capital cities to visit in Europe. That's all in my opinion and I hope that you will like it and maybe someday travel to one of them.

1. Prague, Czech Republic

Prague is very unique with a big history. It is the fifth most visited European city. The architecture there is varied. Also, it is political, economic and cultural center of central Europe. The city was founded in c.885. The atmosphere is fantastic in Prague. In some places you can feel like you're moving in the time. The most popular places to visit are Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square and St. Nicholas Church.  

2. Vienna, Austria

Vienna is one of the greatest cities in Europe with an amazing architecture and lovely streets. The city is located along the Dunabe River with populations about1.8 million The city has a very intresting places and history. The most popular places to visit are Belvedere Palace, Austrain Parliament Building, St. Stephen's Catedral, Rathaus (City Hall), Alebertina, Graben and Stephansplatz.

3. Athens, Greece

Athens is the most important tourist centers of Europe with monuments of ancient culture. It is the one of the world's oldest city with the history spanning around 3,400 years. Every fan of the Greek Mythology should visit this city. The most popular places with an incredible Greek architecture are Acropilis, Zappeinon Hall, Erechteum, Temple of Olimpian Zeus, Temple of Hephaestus and Odeon of Herodes.

4. Copenhagen, Denmark



Copenhagen is also a very unique city because of its Scandinavian architecture and it is one of the best cities in the world to live. The city was founded in 10th century as a fishing village and it became as a capital city of Denmark in 15th century. The city is very lovely, even when its raining you will have a desire to stay there. 5. Stockholm, Sweden

Stockholm is the second Scandinavian city which you should visit in Europe. The city is located on 14 islands. It is an important global city. Moreover, Stockholm is home to some of Europe's top ranking universities. Also, the city was hosting the Nobel Prize ceremonies. The Stockholm metro is also know as the longest art gallery in the world. The most popular places to visit are The Old Town, Soderalm, Nordic Museum, Drottninggatan, Sergels Torg, Stockholm City Hall and Stockholm Opera.

The New Marylin Monroe's Home

Marylin has lived in many differentplaces in her lifetime but now Wroclaw has become a new Marylin's home. The city has bought 3,298 images by celebrity photographer Milton H. Greene in an auction for €1,6 million. The exhibition is located in the Centennial HallAt the exhibition there are also pictures of the other stars like Marlene Dietrich, Grace Kelly, Judy Garland, Liza Minnelli, Andy Warhol, Elizabeth Taylor, Cary Grant, Sophia Loren, Groucho Marx, Audrey Hepburn, Alfred Hitchcock, Romy Schneider, Laurence Olivier, Ava Gardner, Claudia Cardinale, Paul Newman, Lauren Bacall, Catherine Denevue and others. The exhibiton is opened to the August 15 and then it will be a part of the european capital city of culture in 2016.







At the opening day there was a fountain show which showed the Hollywood icon.
